This song came to me as I struggled with my community after a California wildfire. When everything is on hold, when everything is in shambles, where do you go? I went to the goddess Durga, who protects householders and watches over mothers and children. The song was produced by Ben Leinbach. Ben also contributed guitar, bass and tenor response vocals.
