Step into a beautiful world of healing frequencies. During this SOUND JOURNEY guests will recline and relax as the sound practitioners guide them on a journey inspired by the frequencies of the conjunction of Venus and Jupiter in our skies. Batheing in Sound is a great way to gently renew your body mind and fill your spirit with joy. This is part of a series of sound baths given the second Friday of every month. Currently these sound baths are focusing on Heavenly Bodies.

Join in community singing. Uplift your spirit as we sing simple mantras and focus our minds on the sublime. Everyone welcome, no previous experience needed. Also, if you would like to lead a mantra, contact me via email. This is a big beautiful community space for mantra, singing and upliftment!

This immersive mid-summer workshop is designed to nourish your inner landscape and expand the space of the heart. As the August heat reaches its peak and begins to wane and we move into the golden harvest….we transition from outward effort toward a state of luminous, open-hearted presence.  Activites will include gentle yoga, sound bath and mantra meditation.
