Gaya Sacred Music

This immersive mid-summer workshop is designed to nourish your inner landscape and expand the space of the heart. As the August heat reaches its peak and begins to wane and we move into the golden harvest….we transition from outward effort toward a state of luminous, open-hearted presence.  Activites will include gentle yoga, sound bath and mantra meditation.

For one evening, we invite you to travel there… Not simply through space— but inward. Join Gaya Shelton-Ostadi and Toni Maita for an immersive sound bath and guided meditation as we journey into the great cradle of creation—a place that reminds us that endings are often beginnings, and that we, too, are always becoming. Together we will explore themes of: ✨ Rebirth and renewal ✨ Releasing old identities that no longer serve us ✨ Remembering the deeper truth of who we are ✨ The wisdom held within the Akashic field—the timeless library of the soul ✨ Returning to our authentic essence ✨ Awakening to new possibilities waiting to be born Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be invited into deep relaxation where the ordinary mind softens and the heart begins to remember.
